MATRIKULANTE ARRIVEER (16:45 – 18:30)

Bespreek asseblief jou aankomstydgleuf vanaf 1 September tot 19 September 2025 by me. Estelle Klaassen in E13.  (Kwitansie moet getoon word om die bespreking te maak.)

VOERTUIE

Die gewig van voertuie waarmee matrikulante arriveer, sal beperk word tot 3,5 ton.

  • Geen swaar voertuig of voertuie wat moeilik hanteer, bv. stropers, groot trekkers, trokke, laaigrawe, weermagvoertuie of enige lugvervoer soos helikopters ens. sal toegelaat word nie.
  • EEN voertuig per paartjie/matrikulant. Geen begeleidende voertuie of konvooie sal toegelaat word nie.
PARKERING

Parkering van matriekvoertuie (waarmee hulle huis toe gaan na die funksie) is beskikbaar op die B-rugbyveld.

  • Hierdie voertuie kan enige tyd van 14:00 – 16:00 op die B-rugbyveld geparkeer word.  (Kaartjie met leerderbesonderhede regs voor in voorste venster)
  • Kaartjies is gratis beskikbaar by me. Riana Rossouw in G19. (Vanaf 1 September – 19 September 2025)
ARRIVAL OF MATRICULANTS (16:45 – 18:30)

Please make your booking for time of arrival from 1 September to 19 September 2025 at Mrs Estelle Klaassen in E13.  (Receipt must be shown to make a booking.)

VEHICLES

Vehicles with which matriculants will arrive, may not exceed 3.5 tons.

  • No heavy vehicle or vehicles which are cumbersome and awkward to manage e.g. harvesters, tractors, trucks, army vehicles, back actors, or any air transport like helicopters etc. will be permitted.
  • One vehicle per couple/matriculant. No escort vehicles or convoys will be permitted.
PARKING

Parking for matric vehicles (with which they go home after the function) is available on the B rugby field.

  • These vehicles can be parked on the B rugby field anytime from 14:00 – 16:00.  (Card with learner details must be on the front windscreen)
  • Free tickets are available from Mrs. Riana Rossouw in G19. (From 1 September – 19 September 2025)

STIPTELIKHEID
  • Arriveer asseblief betyds in die korrekte tydgleuf wat aan jou toegeken is.
  • Gebruik hoofhek in OR Tambo-straat vir ingang en ry deur Wes-hek uit.
  • Gehoorsaam asseblief aanwysings deur verkeerbeheer.
  • Toon jou kaartjie by die hek om toegang te verkry.
AANKOMS
  • Oorhandig jou naamkaartjie aan die aankondiger met aankoms.
  • Geniet die afskeidsfunksie. Dit is jou aand!
NA DIE FUNKSIE
  • Die OR Tambohek sal weer om 22:00 open.
  • Toegang sal beheer word deur Titan Sekuriteit.
PUNCTUALITY
  • Please arrive on time in the correct time slot allocated to you.
  • Use the Main Gate in OR Tambo Street for entry and exit through the Western Gate.
  • Please obey directions by traffic control.
  • Show your ticket at the gate to gain entry.
ARRIVAL
  • Hand your name card to the announcer on
    arrival.
  • Enjoy the farewell function. It’s your night!
AFTER THE FUNCTION
  • The gate in OR Tambo Street will reopen at 22:00.
  • Access will be controlled by Titan Security.
