Besigtiging van die saal vir ouers sal tussen 13:00 en 13:30 wees. 

SLUITINGSTYD

Die saal sal na 13:30 gesluit wees.  Geen uitsonderings nie.  Na 14:00 sal die spyseniers in beheer van die lokaal wees.

Viewing of venue for parents will be between 13:00 and 13:30.   

CLOSING TIME

No one is allowed to view venue after 13:30. No exceptions.  After 14:00 the caterers will be in charge of the venue.

Aankoms van Matrikulante
Arrival of Matriculants

16:45 - 18:30

Aangesien die vloei en regulering van verkeer ‘n jaarlikse kopseer is, versoek ons u samewerking rakende die volgende: 

KOSTES
  • Ouers is welkom om kaartjies teen R80 per persoon te koop om die aankoms van die matrikulante te aanskou.
  • Slegs 4 kaartjies per matrikulant sal beskikbaar wees.
BETALING

Betaling kan vanaf 1 September – 19 September 2025 by die skoolfondskantoor gemaak word.

BELANGRIK OM TE WEET
  • Ouers gebruik die OOSHEK vir in- en uitgang.
  • GEEN KAARTJIES sal by die hekke beskikbaar wees nie.
  • Ouers moet voor 16:45 reeds parkeer by die netbalbane of die B-hokkieveld.
  • Geen toegang na 17:00 nie.
  • Ouers moet asseblief in die afgesperde area bly en mag nie tussen die matrikulante beweeg nie.
  • Geen privaat fotograwe sal tussen die matrikulante toegelaat word nie.
  • Let wel: Die aankomsvoertuie is slegs vir matrikulante en nie metgeselle (wat nie in gr. 12 in MHS is) of enige ander persoon nie.
  • Dragkode: Semi-formeel.
  • Neem asseblief kennis dat die formele funksie vir die matrikulante om 19:00 begin en dat alle ouers voor 19:00 die perseel moet verlaat.

OUERS: Gee asseblief u volle samewerking sodat die funksie die gesogte geleentheid kan wees waarna die matrikulante uitsien.

Since the flow and regulation of traffic is an annual headache, we request your cooperation regarding the following: 

COSTS
  • Parents are welcome to buy tickets at R80/person to witness the arrival of the matriculants.
  • Only 4 tickets will be allowed per matriculant.
PAYMENT

Tickets will be available at the school fees office from 1 September – 19 September 2025.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
  • Parents use the EAST GATE for entrance and exit.
  • No tickets will be available at the gates.
  • Parents must park at the parking area near the netball courtsor B hockey field before 16:45.
  • No entrance after 17:00.
  • Parents should stay in the allocated area and not move between the matriculants.
  • No private photographers will be allowed to move amongst the matriculants.
  • Please note that the arrival vehicles are only for matriculants and not partners (who are not in Gr. 12 in MHS) or any other person.
  • Dress code: Semi-formal.
  • Please note that the formal function for the matriculants begins at 19:00 and that all parents must please depart from the premises before 19:00.

PARENTS: Please give your full cooperation so that the function can be the prestigious event to which the matriculants look forward.
